Lars
Moston - Ever Since I Heard The Sound incl. Tube & Berger Remix

Lars
Moston's new 12" follows up his 2007 solo releases "We Like This" and "So Bad",
both of which caused quite a stir among Electro
and Breaks Jocks alike, VIP supporters including Etienne de Crecy, Jori Hulkkonen,
Mason and Smash FX. On "Ever Since I Heard", Lars sticks with the Electro-House-Breaks
crossover vibe and delivers a fresh, positive party tune, sporting a big-bottomed,
modulating bassline, detuned synths, a catchy vocal fragment and just enough euphoric
melodic bits to have the crowd grinning like idiots while throwing shapes
on the floor. Full-on summer festival sound. Tube & Berger have been all over
the place lately. Between filming features for German TV and putting out club
hits on their own imprint Kittball Records, these two men of the moment have somehow
found time to drop a monster of a remix on the flip. Tube & Berger's straight
Electro adaptation of "Ever Since I Heard The Sound" cuts down on the craziness
and replaces it with some intense dancefloor pressure. With the TB-trademark reverbed
micro-vocals and atmospheric yet driving synths it won't let anyone get that next
drink before every roof-raising snare-roll has done its business.

The
Asbo Kid - "Trouble On The Waltzers"
James
was responsible for singing one of the best known tracks of the 90's "Unbelievable"
with his band EMF, he then went off to have massive success clocking up a U.S.
number 1 single and a platinum selling album.
ASBO definition; "Anti Social Behaviour Order" P.M. Tony Blair thought
that serving the criminally active youths with an ASBO would deter their criminal
activities, however, it has subsequently become a 'badge of honour' throughout
the country's housing estates and inner cities. The ASBO KID began life at the
end of 2005 & was formed through the merging of two existing, experienced talents,
James Atkin & Pilly Bob. Both were hanging around on street corners, nicking car
stereos and partaking in all round trouble making, until they decided to cut their
teeth via the darker side of electronic music & started to make their own unique
style of Car Alarm Techno. With influences going as far back as Old School Rave
& touching on the Minimal Electro scene, James & Pilly have managed to keep themselves
out of trouble enough to create some classic tracks that demand attention. Pilly
Bob hales from a small village in the Yorkshire Dales UK, not one for leaving
his village very often, the parties seemed to come to him. He was very popular
with the locals for some reason. At one such party Pilly met James who had recently
moved to the countryside. James had left London with a string of eviction orders
& environmental health court cases against him. Looking for a new start, with
his beloved sound system in hand, he moved to the country, hoping not to upset
any more people or get into any more trouble with the police.

Phat
Guy Acid - "Open Your Mind - Love Is All"

"Phat Guy Acid Open your mind
- Love is all (Plastique Base Records 001 / Dance all Day) Nachdem Big Beat Ende
In cinematischer
Breite liefert das spärische "Closer to Heaven" genug Stoff fürs Kopfkino auf
dem Heimischen Sofa. Sehr sauberes Debüt. Pres.Evil "
